Make it official. Confirm your date and go to contract. We ask for a bit of paperwork, not much. Half of the site fee plus a refundable fee. You are all set and can start sending out Save The Dates! (we actually do this all electronically).
We recommend hiring a wedding coordinator. Hire someone from our list and get two extra hours on the front end! We also love talking wedding logistics! We so can provide guidance. Schedule a time to talk, send an email, or onsite site visit.
This is the REALLY REALLY fun part. Pick a couple caterers from our list. Get some pricing and what they offer! Do a tasting and select the one that captures your heart. They can coordinate all your additional rentals (linens, service ware, furniture).
Beer/Wine and non alcoholic drinks can be provided by your caterer. If not, look for other options. Traveling bar? Bartending service? Your choice. We allow beer and wine only which needs to be served by an OLCC licensed bartender. We have some great options for mobile bartending services!
Keep it simple, we got nature all around us! Want to go big, you can do it. It is your day. Check out our florists on our vendor tab. They can also do arbors!
Go acoustic during ceremony. Want a D.J. We can provide some wonderful references for D.J.'s Music is a MUST for a wedding.
Sweets for our sweets. Cakes, cupcakes, pies...you decide. We have some great suggestions.
