We'll send you some information about our pricing and offerings. If it's a good fit, let's set up a site visit. We will go over everything we have to offer and answer any questions you have.

Make it official. Confirm your date and go to contract. Half of the site fee plus a refundable fee locks in your date. Then you'll be all set and can start sending out Save The Dates!

We recommend hiring a wedding coordinator.   We also love talking wedding logistics, and providing guidance. Send an email to schedule a time to talk or arrange an onsite visit. 

This is the fun part. Pick a couple caterers from our list. Get some pricing and see what they offer. Do a tasting and select the one that captures your heart. They can coordinate all your additional rentals (linens, service ware, furniture).

Beer/Wine and non-alcoholic drinks can be provided by many caterers. If not, look for other options, such as a travelling bar or bartending service. We allow beer and wine only which needs to be served by an OLCC licensed bartender.  

Whether you want to keep in simple or go big,  check out the florists on our vendor tab. They can also do arbors!   

We can provide some wonderful references for DJs and musicians.

Cakes, cupcakes, pies... you decide.  We have some great suggestions.
